So 2 weeks ago I decided I will try SOC on expires.....I would drive by the property and take a picture of the house, (I was testing it out) so I get this call from a lady who wanted to interview me to put her house on the market So I did my research found out her home is 6,457 sqft, 5 bedrooms, 8 baths on a acre. &650,000. Really good listing. I get there, introduce myself and I ask“how did you hear about me?” We have to know what works and doesn’t in our marketing side of real estate.
